• So, the exhibition of his artists books at the National Modern Art Museum in the Pompidou Center in Paris in 1977 was a great & wonderful surprise for him as well those later at theVictoria & Albert Museum in London, the Beverly Hills Public Library, the Center of Books Art in New York....
• Following these exhibitions came the idea of "Global Books" from which Gervais Jassaud orchestrated the collaborations of artists and writers from all over the world.
• 40 years after his first « livre d'artistes » Gervais Jassaud is still in addiction with contemporary Art and Litterature.... and of course with the « Livres d'artistes »..
